RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you decide to return products, it is your responsibility to contact a transport company and pay the costs that this entails.

When you return products you must always send the original package.

RETURN PROCESS

Shipping labels will be automatically generated that you will have to print. Make sure your returned products are securely packaged in their original packaging. If you don't have access to a printer, you will need to write the shipping labels yourself. Remember to write your return number and sender information on them. Make sure to put a label on each box, otherwise we will not be able to identify your shipment. We recommend that you purchase transportation insurance. Lorak does not accept returned products that are poorly packaged, used, destroyed, incomplete, and unsaleable. REFUNDS

When we receive your products, we will check if their value has been reduced and we will refund the relevant amount.

In the event that liability may be limited under such consumer protection laws, Dancover will assess the replacement or repair of the product.

The Lorak warranty applies only to normal use of the product, except for common wear or tear, according to the use of the manual or written instructions, if they exist, that have been provided with the product (either in writing, or to through a hyperlink that directs to these instructions / manual). Lorak's warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product.

Depending on the specific situation and if the claim is justified, the Lorak warranty will cover the repair of the product, the exchange for a new one or the refund or reduction of its price.

Your home insurance will be responsible for providing coverage in situations where the Lorak warranty does not apply, such as damage caused by weather conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you always contact your insurance company to ensure that your products are insured under your home insurance.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR MISSING PARTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS.
